All about Channel Summary

Overview

The Channel Summary in Meritto’s Campaign Manager provides an in-depth analysis of leads and applications generated from various traffic channels. It helps you track marketing performance, allocate budgets effectively, and calculate ROI efficiently.

Core Functionalities

  1. Go to Campaign Manager > Campaign Dashboard.

  2. A page named Campaign Manager will open.

  3. Click on the Channel Summary tab to view data.

Understanding Channel Summary Metrics

The Channel Summary presents insights into traffic channel-wise lead and application data, showing contribution percentages and conversion rates.

You can check the lead count, Application count, and conversion thereafter.

Leads

  • Count: Total number of leads generated from a traffic channel.

  • Verified: Leads that have been successfully verified.

  • MEI (Mutually Exclusive Impact): Leads that have no secondary or tertiary instances and registered only once.

Paid Applications

  • Count: Number of applications received from different traffic channels.

  • Conversion: The percentage of leads converted into applications.

  • MEI: Applications submitted by exclusive leads (MEI leads).

Enrolled Applicants

  • Count: Number of applicants successfully enrolled from each traffic channel.

  • Conversion: Percentage of leads converted into enrolled applicants.

  • MEI: Enrolled applicants who registered only once and have no secondary or tertiary source.

Viewing Source Data Under Traffic Channels

  1. Click on the down arrow beside a traffic channel to see the associated sources.
  2. Scroll to the Top Channels and Publishers section to visualize data through a bar graph.
  3. Use filters such as Sort by Leads or Sort by Applications to refine the view.
  4. Additional filters include Lead Origin and Date Range for customized data analysis.
