All about Course v/s Source

Overview

The Course vs Source feature provides insights into the number of leads generated for each course based on their respective sources(such as Direct, Offline, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.). It gives you a clear picture of lead distribution across different channels, making it easier to analyze and compare performance.

Core Functionalities

View Leads by Course and Source

  1. The Course vs Source section organizes leads by course, with the ability to view the leads from various sources.
  2. To explore leads for a specific course:
    1. Click on the downward arrow beside the course name to expand the specializations.
    2. You’ll be able to see the number of leads for each course categorized by their respective sources.

How to Navigate? 

  1. Click on the Hamburger Icon 
  2. Go to Campaign Manager
  3. Select Campaign Dashboard
  4. Click on Course vs Source tab

Filtering Leads and Applications

You can filter data based on Leads and their Applications using different parameters:
  1. Lead Stage Filters
    1. You can filter leads based on their Lead Stage configuration, such as Hot, Cold, Warm, etc.
  2. Application Status Filters
    1. Application Initiated – Displays applications that have been initiated but not completed.
    2. Payment Approved – Shows applications where the payment has been marked approved.
    3. Application Submitted – Lists applications that have been successfully submitted.

Date Range Filters

Allows filtering data based on different timeframes, including:
  1. Yesterday
  2. Today
  3. Custom Date Range

Downloading Data

  1. Click Download.
  2. Select As CSV from the drop-down to download the data in CSV format.

Special Business Use Cases

The X and Y axes can be adjusted to align with the registration data available for the institution (e.g., Institute Applying vs Source).
