Introduction

The applicant profile provides a personalized overview of the candidates' fees, including the total assigned, amount paid, allowed discounts, late fees charged, outstanding balance, and payment history. Additionally, we can send individualized payment links, whether for a single payment or split payments.

Pre-requisites

As a precursor, you should have access to Applicant Data and be allowed to view the applicant's profile. 

How to View a Student Profile?

1. Login to your Collexo Account
2. Click to expand the menu and you will see Applicant Data
3. Click to expand the Applicant Data and you will see a sub-menu as Applicant Records.
4. Once you land on Applicant Records, you’ll see an Action Button (...) and after clicking on the action button you click on View Profile and the candidate’s profile will appear.
5. You’ll see the assigned fee under the Fee Details Tab
6. By clicking on Payment History, you’ll be able to view the summary of all the transactions that happened against that particular candidate.
7. By clicking on Payment Links, you’ll be able to send Single or Split payment links to that particular candidate.
