Overview

Collexo enables you to bulk download Token Fees Acknowledgement Receipts, simplifying record-keeping and documentation. This feature allows you to filter, select, and download multiple receipts at once, ensuring efficient fee management.

Core Functionalities

What You Can Do with Bulk Download?

• Filter Token Fees Payments: Identify applicants who have paid token fees.

• Select and Download Receipts: Download acknowledgement receipts in bulk.

• Choose Folder Structure: Organize downloads based on Form Wise or Fee Product Wise structures.

• Receive Download via Email: Access bulk receipts via email or through the Download Request page.

How It Works?

1. Navigate to Payment Manager

• Go to Payment Manager → Purchase Summary.

2. Apply Filters

• In Purchase Summary, filter by:

• Fee Product Type = Token Fees

• Payment Status = Payment Approved

• This filters out applicants who have completed token fee payments.

3. Select Applicants & Initiate Bulk Download

• Choose the applicants for whom you want to download receipts.

• Click on the Bulk Action button.

• Select Ack Receipts Download.

4. Choose Folder Structure

• A right-side drawer opens where you can select Folder Structure:

• Form Wise: Organizes files as Form Name → Fee Product Name → Applicant’s Receipt.

• Fee Product Wise: Organizes files as Fee Product Alias Name → Applicant’s Receipt.

• Enable the required document type and click Download.

5. Access the Downloaded Receipts

• The downloaded file will be sent via email.

• Alternatively, visit the Download Request page to access the requested file.
