Configuring CRM Lead Flow Logic

Configuring CRM Lead Flow Logic

Overview

The Lead Flow Configuration allows setting rules for Lead Verification, Mobile Number Validation, and Registration Attempts. These configurations control how leads are verified, how mobile numbers are managed during lead creation, and how registration attempts are tracked.

Configuring Lead Flow Settings

  1. Navigate to Settings icon on the top right corner of the Meritto portal.
    1. Click on ‘CRM’ in the left menu.
  2. Move to the ‘Lead Flow’ tab in the CRM window.

Configuration of Lead Verification Details

  1. Configuration of Lead Verification Details: Enable OTP Verification (Toggle On/Off).
    1. If disabled, mobile number changes will not require OTP verification.
    2. If enabled, additional OTP settings become available.
      1. No. of Digits in OTP: Configure OTP length (4 to 8 digits) based on security requirements.
      2. Bypass OTP for International Numbers: If enabled, applicants registering via an international number will not require OTP verification.
      3. Send OTP from NPFORM Sender ID: If enabled, OTP will be sent from the NPFORM sender ID.
      4. Disable OTP Verification for Users: If enabled, leads will require OTP verification, but users (e.g., counselors) can update mobile numbers from the system without OTP verification.

Configuration of Mobile Number validations

  1. Configuration of Mobile Number validations: Lead creation via Mobile number.
  1. Applicant Register with unique Mobile No: Enabling this allows you to accept leads with unique mobile numbers.
  2. Do not allow duplicate mobile number leads from widget: Enabling this allows you to accept leads with unique mobile numbers only from the widget.

Registration Attempt Configurations:

  1. Registration Attempt Configurations: Configure how registration attempts are logged—whether on creation, on creation and update, or never—for each lead inflow. For each lead inflow, define when a registration attempt should be counted:
    1. Lead Create Only: The count increases only when a lead is created.
    2. Lead Create or Update: The count increases when a lead is either created or updated, even if no major changes occur.
    3. Never: The count remains unchanged, even if a lead is created.
  2. Modified on and Modified by: Gives additional information on who and when the registration attempt configuration was configured.
