This article explains how to enable Wheebox, configure exam workflows, manage exam partner settings, validate candidate results, and troubleshoot potential issues.
The first step in Wheebox integration is to obtain a complete understanding of the exam workflow as expected by you.
To initiate the process:
Share the Requirement Gathering Sheet (RGS) with you and Wheebox.
Collect institute-specific information about slot booking, exam attempts, scorecard requirements, and retake options.
Verify Wheebox-related technical details such as API versions, authentication keys, and exam series codes.
To configure the exam workflow in Meritto:
Navigate to Exam Configuration:
Go to Settings > Institute Configuration.
Click on Manage Exam Config.
Click on the Exam Config button on the top right.
Select Form Name and Exam Partner:
Choose the form name for which the exam has to be configured.
Under the Exam Partner section, select Wheebox.
