Fee Bundling is a newly introduced configuration that empowers you to offer applicants or students a customizable selection of fee options. With this setup, you can bundle multiple offerings (such as preferences, programs, or services) into curated packages. This flexible and dynamic structure not only simplifies applicant choices but also increases your chances of conversion by aligning offerings with varied applicant interests.
Navigate to Workflow under your admin panel.
Click Create New Workflow.
Add a Condition Block and define the conditions for when the bundled fee should apply.
In the Action Block, select Fee Type as “Bundled Fee Amount” and configure other options based on your requirements and save your conditions.
After selecting the bundled fee type, define the bundle details:
Add a Bundle Name (e.g., "MBA Premium Package").
In Fee Configuration, select the preferences you want to offer as part of the bundle.
You can add multiple packages and associate different sets of preferences to each.
Once you've created the workflow with your bundled fee packages:
Navigate to the Fee Setup section.
Create a new fee or edit an existing one.
Select the Workflow created in Step 1 so that only eligible applicants/students see the bundled options.
The applicant/student logs into Collexo using their Application/Enrolment/Registration Number.
If they are eligible, the bundled fee option will appear on the Fee Selection Page.
Upon clicking Proceed, all available preferences in the bundle will be shown.
The applicant can select their preferences and click on Continue to proceed to checkout and to make payment.
Fee Bundling helps streamline and personalize the fee payment process by allowing students to choose from curated packages based on their needs. This not only enhances the user experience but also improves fee collection efficiency and conversion rates for your institution.
