How to enable Google offline features for clients?
- Go to ‘Manage Accounts’ and click on the three dots against the account name.
- Click on ‘View Details’ and go to the ‘Package Selection Page’ and click Edit.
- Go to ‘Lead Management’ and find ‘Google Offline Conversion Connectors’.
- Offline conversion connector may be present by default or as an add on, depending on the package.
- After enabling the connector, enable the permissions for the client by going to ‘Set Permission’ , search ‘Google Offline Conversion’ in the search bar, and click on the checkbox against it.
- Click ‘save’.
- Go to User permission Template and Enable the “Google Offline Conversion” permission.
Add the Extension Configuration :
- On the ‘Manage accounts’ page, click the three dots against the account name and click on ‘Configuration’.
- Go to Extension Configuration and click on the drop down menu.
- Search for ‘Google Offline Conversion’ and enable the checkbox against it and click ‘Save'
