Previously, when a user updated a profile, the system logged a generic activity like:

Issues with the Old Format:
Difficult to identify multiple field updates quickly.
Plain text format lacked structured details.
Masked fields were exposed, even when data masking was enabled.
Now, updates are logged in a structured format:
π Rohan updated Lead Profile field [View Activity]

Users can now easily see:
β Which field was updated (Field Name)
β Previous value (Old Value)

Note: We have updated the same for all the activities where Field updates are captured.Masked fields now remain hidden even during updates, ensuring compliance with data security policies.
If field masking is enabled, users will not see sensitive field updates, maintaining privacy.
API responses now display only the "View Activity" link, preventing sensitive data from being exposed in plain text.
Users can fetch the complete activity details using the Activity Detail ID via API.Masked fields will remain hidden for security reasons. If required, you can fetch additional details based on permissions and access controls.
