How can I check if a lead exists in the system and who it's assigned to?
If a lead is not assigned to you and is not visible in your Lead Manager view, but you want to check whether the lead exists in the system and who it’s assigned to, you can follow these steps:

Go to Manage Leads > Import Lead.

Click on the "Add Quick Lead" option.

Enter the email ID of the lead.
If a lead with that email ID already exists in the system, the system will notify you and display the details of the lead owner (assigned counselor). If no such lead exists, you’ll have the option to create a new one.
