Step-by-Step Guide to Check Whether a Discount Coupon is Enabled, Disabled or Expired

Checking Discount Coupon Status

1. Navigate to Payment Manager > Manage Discounts.

2. You will see a list of discount coupons created for your institution.

3. The Expiry Date of each discount coupon is visible on the dashboard, allowing you to check if a coupon has expired.

4. To check if a coupon is enabled or disabled:

• Look at the color bar on the left-hand side of the Coupon Name.

• Green Bar indicates the coupon is Enabled.

• Red Bar indicates the coupon is Disabled.
