How to Configure Opportunity Status & Stages?
Overview
This article outlines how you can customize the Opportunity Status and Opportunity Stages in Meritto to align with your counseling or sales process. While Status helps you categorize the broader outcome of an opportunity, Stages allow you to define specific checkpoints within that journey. Both can be renamed or expanded based on your operational requirements.
Configuration Steps
- Navigate to Setting icon on the top right hand corner of the screen
- Go to “Opportunity” on the Navigation Bar
- Click on “Opportunity stage Configurations”
- Here, you can set up the stages and assign the corresponding status for each stage.
- You have the option to either rename the existing/default ones or create new ones by clicking on “Add New Stage”
- Click on “Save” once the “New Stage” is added.
