How to Download Withdrawal Request Manager Data?
Overview
You can download the withdrawal listing and documents uploaded by the candidate in the withdrawal Request as per your convenience either by selecting all or a selective number of columns.
Pre-requisites
- Access to the Withdrawal Request Manager module on the Meritto portal
- Access to download the applicant document
Steps to Download the Document
- Navigate to the Payment Manager from the left side menu bar and click on Fee Withdraw Manager. Else, search for the Withdrawal Request Manager in the menu search and then click on the Withdrawal Request Manager listing.
- Click on the check box corresponding to every record (highlighted in yellow) Withdrawal Request Manager to download the document or listing data.
In order to download the data for every record after clicking on the check box then click on Select all (highlighted in red box) - Once the user has selected the listing then navigate to the bulk action to download the listing data or document data.
- Download Listing Data : To download the listing data, click on the Download Records then click on "Yes" on the confirmation pop-up.
- A download request would be initiated and the user can track the status from the download import report and click on the download option highlighted in the blue screenshot below to get the file in CSV.
- Download Document: In order to download the document, click on the Download Document option in the bulk action (Refer to step 3) after selecting the records.
- Select the document which you wish to download. Else to download every document data click on the select all option. Once the document is selected then lastly click on the download button highlighted in the blue colour in the below screenshot.
- A download request would be initiated and the user can track the status from the download import report and click on the download option highlighted in blue in below screenshot to get the documents.
