This is particularly useful for institutions that accept payments through bank transfers, cash, or other offline methods, allowing you to verify transactions and streamline application processing efficiently.
Step-by-Step Guide to Mark Offline Payment for Online Applications
Follow the simple steps below to mark Offline Payment for Online Applications:
Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Locate the applicant whose payment needs to be marked as offline.
Click on the
Action button next to the applicant’s name. From the dropdown menu, select Mark Offline Payment.
A form titled Mark Offline Payment will appear.
Select the Offline radio button.
Click
Mark as Payment Approved button. A confirmation pop-up titled Confirm will appear.
Click
Yes to finalize the offline payment update. Verify that the Payment Status and Payment Method reflect the change.
Note: You can access the purchase summary for more details like “Approved Date”, “Payment Amount”, “Transaction ID” etc.Points to Keep in Mind
Coupon not applying? Verify that the coupon is valid and applicable to the selected payment method.
Incorrect payment details? Double-check the offline payment entry before confirming the update.

Note: If your application form contains multiple parts (not multiple stages), then access the purchase summary under payment manager. In the top right corner, you get an option to 'Mark Offline Payment' (mainly used to mark offline payments against token fees). In the model box that opens, select the form name, email ID and click on 'Get Application Fees'. If the applicant is eligible, you will get an option to mark it 'offline'.
