From Lead Module
Reassign from Lead List
Step 1: Open the Lead Module from Navigation Menu from your mobile app.
Step 2: In the Leads tap the three-dot icon (⋮) next to the lead you want to reassign.
Step 3: Select Re-assign.
Step 4: Choose the new counsellor from the list and tap Submit.
Reassign from Lead Profile
Step 5: Open the Lead Profile.
Step 6: Tap the ‘+’ icon on the bottom right and select Re-assign.
Step 7: Choose the new counsellor and tap Submit.
Once done, the lead, along with any applications and queries associated with them, will be reassigned to the selected counsellor.
From Application Module
Reassign from Applicant List
Step 1: In the navigation menu click on More and select Application
Step 2: In the Application tap the three-dot icon (⋮) beside the application.
Step 3: Select Re-assign Application.
Step 4: You'll see a toggle for lead reassignment (enabled by default).
- Keep it on to re-assign both the lead and application.
- Turn it off to re-assign only the application.
Step 5: Pick the counsellor and tap Submit.
The reassignment will follow your toggle selection.
Reassign from Applicant Profile
Step 6: Tap on the application to open the Applicant Profile.
Step 7: Tap the ‘+’ icon on the bottom right and select Re-assign.
Step 8: Choose the new counsellor and tap Submit.
From Opportunity
Reassign from Opportunity List
Step 1: In the navigation menu, tap on More and select Opportunity List.
Step 2: Choose a specific Opportunity List to view the associated opportunities.
Step 3: To reassign a single opportunity, tap on the ⋮ icon on the opportunity and select Re-assign.
Step 4: A reassignment screen will appear. Choose the new counsellor to reassign the opportunity.
Bulk Reassign Opportunities
Step 5: To bulk reassign, tap and hold on any opportunity. A checkbox will appear.
Step 6: Select multiple opportunities you want to reassign.
Step 7: Tap on the ⋮ icon at the bottom right corner and select Re-assign.
Step 8: In the reassignment screen, select the new counsellor and confirm the reassignment.
Reassign from Opportunity Profile
Step 9: You can also reassign from the Opportunity Profile. Tap on any opportunity to open its profile.
Step 10: Tap the “+” icon on the bottom right corner and select Re-assign.
Step 11: Choose the new counsellor and confirm.
Only the lead, application(s), and queries will be reassigned. The opportunity remains with the current owner.
