How to Send an Email via Mobile App?

Multiple Ways to Send Email
For Leads
- Lead Listing:
- Single Email: In the Navigation Menu click on Leads, on the Leads page, next to a Lead Tuple tap the three-dot icon (⋮) and select Send Email.
- Bulk Email: In the Navigation Menu click on Leads, on the Leads page tap and hold a lead to enter bulk selection mode. Select the leads you want to email, then tap the three-dot icon (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Send Email.
- Lead Profile: In the Navigation Menu click on Leads, on the Leads page, click on a Lead Tuple to open Lead Profile. On the Lead Profile Card tap the Email button.
For Applications
- Application Listing:
- Single Email: In the Navigation Menu click on More and select Applications. On the Application page, next to an Application Tuple tap the three-dot icon (⋮) and select Send Email.
- Bulk Email: In the Navigation Menu click on More and select Applications. Tap and hold an application to enter bulk selection mode. Select the applications you want to email, then tap the three-dot icon (⋮) in the top-right corner and select Send Email.
- Applicant Profile: In the Navigation Menu click on More and select Application. On the Applications page, click on an Application Tuple to open an Applicant Profile. On the Applicant Profile Card tap the Email button.
For Opportunities
- Opportunity List: In the Navigation Menu click on More and select Opportunity List. On the Opportunity list select an Opportunity List. On the Opportunity listing Page, next to an opportunity tap the three-dot icon (⋮) and select Send Email.
- Opportunity Profile: In the Navigation Menu click on More and select Opportunity List. On the Opportunity list select an Opportunity List. On the Opportunity listing Page click on an Opportunity Tuple to open an Opportunity Profile and tap the Email button.
Note: Bulk email is not supported for the Opportunity module.
Step by Step Instructions
- Step 1: Fill in the Campaign Name and select a Campaign Type. You can choose from existing campaign types or create a new one.
- Step 2: In From Email, you're only allowed to choose from the emails that are pre-configured by the operations team. Although From Name is also pre-configured, you can enter a custom From Name.
- Step 3: In the Send To field, the recipient will be pre-selected. For Applications, you can select from other available emails on the application form.
- Step 4: Add recipients for CC or a Reply To email address if needed.
- Step 5: Enter the Subject for your email.
- Step 6: Choose a pre-configured template or select Create New - Plain Text Editor to write an email from scratch. You can also attach files.
Note: Templates can only be configured on the web under Manage Communication Templates. - Step 7: Tap Preview to review your email message.
- Step 8: In the Action field, you can choose to Schedule the email or Send a test email. The Send Now button's behavior depends on your selection:
- If no action is selected, the email will be sent immediately.
- If you select Schedule, the email is placed in a queue and will be sent at the scheduled time.
- If you select Send a test email, the email will be sent to the test email ID you specified.
- Step 9: Tap Send Now to send an Email.

Points to Keep in Mind
- You can use templates, but you must first configure them on the web under Manage Communication Templates.
- The configuration of the From Email and From Name is not available in the app. These features are configured from the web platform under Account Settings.
- Bulk email is available for Leads and Applications, but it is not supported for Opportunities.
- The email's send time depends on the Action you choose; it can be sent immediately, scheduled for later, or sent as a test email.
- To check the status of sent emails, on the web go to the Communication performance section.
