How to Set Up Swipe Actions on Lead, Application & Opportunity

Overview

This article will guide you through setting up and using Swipe Actions on the Meritto mobile app. Swipe Actions allow you to assign quick-access shortcuts to left and right swipe gestures on your Leads, Applications, and Opportunity listing pages. By configuring the actions you perform most frequently, you can significantly reduce navigation time and improve your day-to-day productivity on the go.

Swipe Actions are available on the mobile app and the modules visible to you for configuration will depend on the permissions assigned to your user role. You will only see the modules for which you have the following permissions:

Points to Keep in Mind

  1. The modules visible to you in the Swipe Actions settings will depend on your user permissions. If a module is not visible, check with your administrator to get the required permissions.
  2. Swipe Actions are personal settings. Configuring them does not affect the experience of other users on your team.
  3. You can configure different actions for the left and right swipe on each module, giving you two quick-access shortcuts per listing page.
  4. The list of available swipe actions varies by module. You cannot create custom swipe actions and must choose from the predefined list for each module.
  5. Re-configuration of swipe actions can only be done via Account Settings and not from the listing page directly.
  6. If the swipe action toggle for a module is disabled, swiping on records in that listing will have no effect.

Conclusion

Swipe Actions on the Meritto mobile app give you a faster and more efficient way to take action on your Leads, Applications, and Opportunities without navigating through multiple screens. By configuring the actions that matter most to you, you can streamline your daily workflow and stay productive from anywhere.
