Q4: Can I prevent certain fields from being auto-filled during transfer?
Yes, you can configure the system to exclude specific fields from being auto-filled. Here's how:
Go to Manage Accounts and click on the three-dot menu (⋮) for the specific account.
Select Configuration.
Navigate to Basic Configuration.
Find the setting:
‘Allow auto-fill of applicant data from one form to another for all fields except’
In the input box, list the field names you do not want to be auto-populated.
Example: If you do not want "Program Preference" to be carried over, simply add it to the exclusion list.
