The Lead Manager on the Meritto mobile app gives your counselors the ability to manage and act on leads directly from their mobile devices. Your team can search, filter, and take action on leads without needing to access the web platform, ensuring the enrollment process keeps moving even when they are away from their desks. This article covers the core functionalities available in the Lead Manager on the mobile app and how they support your team's day-to-day lead management operations.

Plan & Permissions

The Lead Manager on the mobile app is governed by the same permissions as the web platform. Your user role must have the relevant Lead Manager permissions assigned to access and perform actions within this module. The actions visible to a user will depend on the specific permissions enabled for their role.

Core Functionalities


You can search for leads directly from the Lead Manager listing page using Name, Email, and Mobile Number as search parameters, allowing your team to quickly locate a specific lead without manually scrolling through the listing.

Call Syncing

The Call Syncing feature allows your team to manage Calls made via the mobile device that have not been synced to a lead record. While syncing happens automatically, your team can manually sync a call if needed or select the correct lead in cases where multiple leads share the same number.
Notes
Note that App Telephony calling is not available on iOS devices.

Filters, Sorting & Saved Views

You can filter leads using Advanced Filters, where conditions can be defined to refine the listing based on multiple criteria. Leads can be sorted by User Registration Date, Lead Age, and Lead Score in ascending or descending order.
Saved Views created on the web platform or shared with you are available on the mobile app as well, allowing you to apply pre-configured filter combinations instantly. Note that the option to share a Saved View is not available on the mobile app. Although you can create and use Saved Views on the Mobile platform as well.

Lead Profile

Tapping on a lead from the listing opens their full Lead Profile. The profile is organized into the following sections:
  1. Lead Details: View the complete lead information and profile data.
  2. Timeline: View the complete activity history of the lead.
  3. Events: View events assigned to the lead and perform event-related actions.
  4. Notes: View all notes that have been added for the lead.
  5. Dynamic Activity: View all dynamic activities that have been added against the lead.
  6. Opportunity: View all opportunities linked to the lead. If a lead exists across multiple opportunities, the full list is displayed here.
  7. Communication Logs: View logs of all communication activities including SMS, Email, and WhatsApp.
  8. Tickets: View queries raised by the lead. This section is only available on Android devices.
  9. Call Logs: View logs of all calling activities performed for the lead.

From the Lead Manager listing page, your team can perform the following quick actions directly against a lead without opening the full profile:
  1. Calling
  2. Add Dynamic Activity
  3. Re-Assign
  4. Notes
  5. Add Event
  6. Update Lead Stage
  7. Send Email
  8. Send SMS
  9. Send WhatsApp
  10. View Queries

Note that each of these actions is permission-based. Users will only see the actions for which they have the required permissions enabled.

You can select multiple leads from the listing page and perform the following bulk actions simultaneously:
  1. Update Lead Stage

  4. Send WhatsApp

Complete Lead Context on the Go: Your counselors can access the full lead profile including lead details, timeline, communication logs, events, notes, dynamic activities, opportunities, and call logs directly from their mobile devices. This ensures they always have the full context they need before taking any action on a lead, regardless of where they are.

Faster Action on Leads: Quick actions on both the listing page and the lead profile allow your team to update lead stages, send communications, add events, reassign leads, and more without navigating through multiple screens. This reduces the time spent on each lead and keeps your enrollment process moving efficiently.
  3. Consistent Experience Across Web and Mobile: Saved Views created on the web platform are available on the mobile app as well. Your team can apply the same filter combinations they use on the web, ensuring a consistent and familiar working experience across both platforms.
  4. Effective Bulk Processing: Bulk actions allow your team to process multiple leads at once, whether it is updating stages or sending communications. This is particularly useful during high-volume periods where acting on individual leads one by one is not practical.
  5. Better Call Management with Call Syncing: The Call Syncing feature ensures that Calls made via the mobile device are always accurately logged against the right lead. Your team can resolve syncing issues manually, including cases where multiple leads share the same number, ensuring your call data remains accurate and complete.
