Mastering the New Advanced Lead Manager (LM) Filters

The Lead Manager is the heart of your operations. To help you find the right data faster and draw deeper insights, we have completely reimagined our filtering engine. The new Advanced LM Filters move away from complex nested blocks to a streamlined, cross-module, and logic-driven interface.
What’s New?
- Simplified Logic (No More Blocks): We have removed the complex "Block Conditions." You no longer need to worry about nested groups that are difficult to debug.
- Cross-Module Filtering: For the first time, you can filter leads based on data from other modules (e.g., Application data or Payment status) directly within the Lead Manager.
- Unified AND/OR Logic: Apply global logic to all your conditions. Choose between "All" (AND) or "Any" (OR) with a single toggle to define how your criteria interact.
- Refined UI: A side-drawer interface that keeps your lead list visible while you build your query.
How to Use the Advanced Filter?
Step 1: Accessing the Filter Open the Lead Manager and click on the Advanced Filter icon. This will open the new Filter Side Drawer.
Step 2: Selecting your Module (Cross-Module Power) In the "Select Module" dropdown, you are no longer limited to just Lead Manager fields.
- Select Lead Manager for standard lead data.
- Select other available modules (like Applications) to filter leads based on their progress in other stages of the funnel.
Step 3: Building your Condition
- Select Field: Choose the attribute you want to filter by (e.g., Lead Stage, City, or Program).
- Select Operator: Choose how you want to match the data (e.g., Equals, Not Equals, Contains, etc.).
- Select Options: Choose the specific values. The new UI allows for easy searching and multi-selection via checkboxes.
- Click Add Condition.
Step 4: Defining the Global Logic (AND/OR) Once you have added multiple conditions, you will see the logic builder:
- ALL (AND): The lead must meet every single condition to appear in the list.
- ANY (OR): The lead will appear if it meets at least one of the conditions.
Note: The system now applies this logic uniformly across all conditions, ensuring predictable and accurate results.
Pro-Tips for Efficiency
- Check your Logic: If your list is empty, check if you have selected "All" (AND) with conflicting conditions. Switching to "Any" (OR) often resolves this.
- Multi-Select: In the "Select Option" phase, you can check multiple boxes to search for leads in multiple stages at once.
- Cross-Module Insight: Use the cross-module filter to identify "Untouched" leads who have already started an application in another module.

Q: Can I still use the old block logic?
A: We have transitioned to a more robust AND/OR global logic to prevent errors and make filter management easier.
Q: Why don't I see certain fields?
A: Ensure you have selected the correct Module first. If you are looking for Application-specific data, switch the module from "Lead Manager" to the respective application module.
