Denying this permission will not capture the call duration.
Make and Manage Phone Calls

Denying this permission will impact the overall In-App Calling feature.
Contacts Permission
This permission is required to show popup during an incoming or outgoing call in some devices. Please note that this permission is not used to read the contact details saved in your device.
It may impact to show the popup in some devices in case of an incoming or an outgoing call.
Display popup over other Apps
This permission is required to show popup during an incoming or outgoing call in the majority of the devices. 
If this is disabled. Popup will not appear
Display popup over other Apps in Background
(in Xiaomi phones)
This permission is required to show popup during an incoming or outgoing call in majority of the devices, even when the app is in the background
If this is disabled. Popup will not appear when app is closed or in the background
