Overview

This article explores three essential features of the Meritto mobile app: Navigation, Settings, and Swipe Actions. These features enhance your experience by enabling seamless movement within the app, personalized configurations, and efficient action execution via swipe gestures.

Plan & Permissions

  • Available for: All users of the Meritto mobile app.

  • Permissions Required:

    • Access to relevant modules (Lead Manager, Application Manager, Opportunity Manager).

    • Permissions to configure settings and swipe actions.

Core Functionalities

Meritto has transitioned from the hamburger menu to a bottom navigation bar for your improved experience. This new design ensures quick and easy access to key functionalities.

Key Enhancements:

  • The hamburger menu has been removed, replaced with a bottom navigation bar.

  • The bottom navigation bar is available on all listing pages.

  • It includes three static menu items:

    1. Lead Manager

    2. My Workspace

    3. More

NotesNote: Users without module permissions will still see the menu item, but clicking it will show a "Permission Denied" message.

Accessing Additional Options:

  • Clicking More opens a slider menu from the left.

  • The top-left corner displays your profile photo, name, email, and account information.

  • Clicking the profile card redirects to the My Account page with two tabs:

    1. My Profile – Allows you to update their information.

    2. My Account – Enables switching accounts (if multiple accounts are available).

Additional Features:

  • Top-right icons: Access Settings, Notifications, and Scan QR.

  • Check-in/Check-out button (visible if you have permission).

  • Module List: Displays only authorized modules.

  • Bottom buttons: Access Feedback, Help, and Rate Our App.

Settings

Settings are now categorized into Account Settings and User Settings to streamline configurations.

Account Settings:

  • Settings tied to specific accounts, such as "Set Default Page".

  • Requires module-specific permissions.

  • Changes persist even when logging in from different devices.

User Settings:

  • Settings tied to the individual user, like "Reset Password".

  • Remains consistent across multiple accounts.

Swipe Actions

Swipe Actions introduce a faster, more intuitive way to perform actions on leads, applications, and opportunities.

Enabling Swipe Actions:

  1. Navigate to Account Settings in the mobile app.

  2. Select Swipe Actions.

  3. Toggle options for:

    • Lead Manager

    • Application Manager

    • Opportunity Manager

NotesNote: The toggle is on by default for all available modules.

Configuring Swipe Actions:

  1. Click Configure to open a pop-up with available actions.

  2. Select the desired action for right swipe and left swipe.

  3. Actions will be based on your permissions.

Using Swipe Actions:

  • Once configured, swiping right or left on a lead, application, or opportunity card will trigger the assigned action.
