New Lead Profile Page is here — Cleaner and more Organized

Overview

We're excited to introduce the revamped Lead Profile page, designed to deliver a cleaner, more intuitive, and more productive experience.
The redesigned interface focuses on reducing visual clutter and bringing the most important lead information to the forefront. Every change has been made with usability and workflow efficiency in mind.

Why this matters?

We’ve reimagined the Lead Profile page to reduce visual clutter and enable counselors to act more quickly.
The new experience brings clarity to lead data, highlights what truly matters, and keeps actions within easy reach, so less hunting, more converting.

Structure of the New Lead Profile

  1. The new Lead Profile is organized into four clear zones, each designed for a specific job:
  2. Lead Profile Summary → Who is the lead & what’s their current status?
  3. Lead Journey → Where are they in the funnel?
  4. Lead Profile in Detail → Everything you need to work the lead
  5. Lead Profile Actions → Every lead actions

Lead Profile Summary

The Lead Profile Summary is now presented as a dedicated, always-visible card on the left side of the page
This card gives you a complete snapshot of the lead at a glance:
  1. Identity & Verification (Name, Stage, Verified Email/Mobile)
  2. Lead Quality (Score & Strength)
  3. Time-sensitive Signals (Follow-up, Last Activity, Lead Added On)
  4. Ownership & Engagement Cards (Assignment, Communication & Telephony summary)

Lead Journey

The Lead Journey is placed at the top of the main content area to clearly show the lead’s progression across stages such as Unverified, Verified, Application Started, Payment Approved, and Application Submitted. It helps counselors to instantly identify where the lead stands in the funnel and what the next expected milestone should be.

This ensures counselors always know the next best action, without digging through timelines or notes.

Lead Profile in Detail

The Lead Profile in Detail replaces the earlier left-aligned vertical navigation with clean horizontal tabs, reducing navigation friction and helping users find information faster with fewer clicks.
All information that existed earlier is still available, but now grouped logically and reachable with fewer clicks, making daily lead management faster and less error-prone.

These tabs are based on module-level permissions.
  1. Lead Details
  2. Timeline
  3. Calendar Pro
  4. Notes
  5. ToDo
  6. Communication Logs
  7. Tickets
  8. Call Logs

Lead Profile Actions

The Lead Profile Actions are now consolidated into a compact action cluster at the top left in the visible card below the lead name. This replaces the bulky right-hand action bar from the old profile. Actions are easier to find, quicker to execute, and no longer distract from lead information, resulting in a smoother and more focused workflow.
By moving actions closer to the lead’s identity, common tasks now live exactly where users naturally look first, reducing context switching and accidental mis-clicks.

Actions available based on Module permissions.
  1. Change Lead Stage (and sub-stage)
  2. Add Event (Follow-up)
  3. Add Note
  4. Communicate (Email, SMS, WhatsApp)
  5. View WhatsApp Chat History
  6. Reassign Lead
  7. Generate Payment Link

What’s Next?

This revamp is just the beginning. The new Lead Profile page lays the foundation for a faster, more contextual, and more intuitive lead management experience. We’ll continue refining the experience based on real user behavior and feedback, so expect smarter enhancements, smoother workflows, and fewer clicks where they matter most
