Overview

To streamline your communication process, Meritto now allows outbound calling directly from the Opportunity module—both from the Opportunity Listing and Profile pages. This makes it easier for counselors and sales teams to reach out to prospects in a timely and efficient manner, all within the CRM.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Enabling Outbound Calling in Opportunities

To activate outbound calling for the Opportunity module:

  1. Go to Settings → ExtensionTelephony.

  2. Locate and click on desired Telephony.

  3. Navigate to the Opportunity Config tab.

  4. Enable the Opportunity Configuration toggle for opportunities.

Once this is configured, the call icons will become visible on both the Opportunity Listing and Opportunity Profile pages.

2. Initiating an Outbound Call

Once enabled, there are two ways to place a call:

From the Opportunity Profile Page

  • Open the profile of the opportunity you wish to call.

  • Click the Call icon to initiate the outbound call directly.

From the Opportunity Listing Page

  • Navigate to the Opportunity Listing.

  • Click on the Call icon next to the opportunity record to start the call.

This provides a faster way to engage with multiple opportunities without opening each profile individually.
