Overview

The Email Gallery in Meritto CRM is a collection of pre-designed and customizable email templates that help you to  create and manage email campaigns efficiently. This feature allows you to quickly select, modify, and send emails to your target audience, ensuring effective and visually appealing communication.

Core Functionalities

Navigating to the Email Gallery

To access the Email Gallery:

1. Navigate to Template Manager.

2. Under Manage Communication Templates, click on Create Templates.

3. Select Email.

4. Fill out the necessary details on the Basic Information page and click Save & Next.

Selecting and Creating Templates from Email Gallery

The Email Gallery consists of five sections, each catering to different template needs:

1. All Templates

• Displays all templates, including Basic, Predefined, and My Templates.

• Includes the Create from Scratch option, allowing you to design custom templates.

• You can view template tags and copy templates using the Use in Editor button.

2. Basic Templates

• Provides layout-based templates requiring minimal content modification.

• Ideal for sending quick, personalized, and professional emails.

3. Predefined Templates

• Contains ready-to-use templates designed for frequent marketing campaigns.

• Reduces the effort needed to create templates from scratch.

4. My Templates

• Displays all active templates created by Meritto users or institution users.

• Templates are categorized based on their applicable modules (e.g., Leads, Applications, Widgets).

• Templates without tags appear under the Untagged category.

5. Tags

• You can add, create, or delete tags in the My Templates section.

• To add a tag, type the tag name you wish to add to the template.

• If a tag is new, then the Create button will be visible, thus either click on that button and press enter to create a new tag.

• If it's an existing tag, then it will show in the dropdown, you can select that to add the tag.

• To delete the tag, just hover over the tag name and a delete icon can be seen, just click on the tag to remove the tag from the template.

Code Your Own (HTML Editor)

• You can access the HTML Editor to create custom-coded email templates.

• This option is available via the Code Your Own button on the top right corner of the gallery page.On clicking this you will be redirected to HTML Editor with a blank template.
