Overview

Collexo provides you with the ability to collect Token Fees or the 1st Installment Fee, in addition to standard application or registration fees. This feature allows applicants to confirm their enrollment by making an initial payment through the applicant dashboard.

Core Functionalities

How Token Fee Management Works

  1. Applicant Dashboard View

    • Once shortlisted, applicants will see an Offer Letter (if enabled) along with a Pay Token Fee option.

  1. Payment Checkout

    • Clicking on Pay Token Fee redirects applicants to the payment checkout page to review and proceed with payment.

  1. Payment Response Page

    • After clicking Make Payment, applicants are directed to the payment gateway.

    • Upon successful transaction, they are redirected to a confirmation page.

    • Applicants receive an Acknowledgment Receipt, Email Notification, and SMS Confirmation.

  1. Alternative Payment Methods

    • You can enable payments through Cash at College Counter or POS System.

  2. Receipt & Notifications

    • Applicants will receive:

Administrators can track Token Fee payments through the Purchase Summary:

  1. Navigate to Payment Manager -> Purchase Summary.

  2. Filter by the required form to view Token Fee payment details.

  3. Monitor and manage all payments in one place.
