Introduction

The document helps you to integrate the Ozonetel Automatic campaign calling telephony system with Meritto CRM.

Scope of Integration

1. Automatic Outbound Campaign  Call Integration:

  • The integration will enable the lead owner/manager to push the lead’s primary number to the Ozonetel telephony campaign directly from the Lead Manager and Application Manager on Meritto CRM via a single click.
  • Call logs, shared with the telephony vendor will be updated in the counselor productivity report, student timeline, lead manager fields, campaign manager, and telephony logs.

Part A: Details required from the Ozonetel team to initiate telephony integration are mentioned below:

Telephony Configuration

Once all the details asked for are shared by the Ozonetel team and our APIs are integrated at the Ozonetel end, please configure shared details at the institute level, and lead owner level and then give the required permissions on our system.

Part 1: Institute Configurations:

Go to Settings > Extension > Telephony

Step 1: Select Vendor Ozonetel

Step 2: Click on Manage

Part 1(a):  Automatic Outbound Campaign  Call Integration:

  • Add Lead Specific Value*: customer number: Select Applicant Number from the dropdown.

Add other parameter(s)  

  • api_key: Add API Key
  • username:
  • format: JSON
  • ozonetelMode : Online/Offline

If the user wants to push the Outbound campaign data with the details of the Agent, then enable the below "Agent Wise Campaign data push" configuration

Essential Notes:

  1. The lead number can also be pushed to non-agent-wise Ozontel campaigns if the agent-wise campaign configuration is enabled.

Integrating Ozonetel with Meritto CRM enables quick lead push to outbound campaigns and auto-logging of call activity, enhancing calling efficiency and tracking across the system.
