The document helps you to integrate the Ozonetel Automatic campaign calling telephony system with Meritto CRM.
1. Automatic Outbound Campaign Call Integration:
Part A: Details required from the Ozonetel team to initiate telephony integration are mentioned below:

Once all the details asked for are shared by the Ozonetel team and our APIs are integrated at the Ozonetel end, please configure shared details at the institute level, and lead owner level and then give the required permissions on our system.
