Payment Ledger: How to View Student-wise Allocation of the Fees and its Details?

Introduction

The Payment Ledger provides a bird eye view of the listed student-wise allocation of the fees and its details. It shows the total amount to be collected for a specific time period, the collected amount, the amount to be paid and the late fee collected. It also gives a view of the fee mapped to an individual candidate and other fee details.

Pre-requisites

As a precursor, you should have access to the Applicant Data Tab and should be allowed to view the Payment Ledger.

How to View Student-wise Allocation of the Fees and its Details?

  1. Login to your Collexo Account.
  2. Click to expand the menu and you will see Applicant Data.
  3. Click to expand the  Applicant Data and you will see a sub-menu as Payment Ledger.
  4. Once you land on the Payment Ledger you’ll have a view of all the candidates data and the fee mapped to them.
  5. You can click on filter button   to have a view based basic and additional filter and can download the data by clicking on the  download button.
