Overview
Every Institute aims to get quality students. To determine the same, they generally have a rigorous post-application process which comprises of:
- Profile Based Shortlisting: Shortlist Candidates who will be interviewed.
- Interview Slot Booking: Enabling Candidates to book their interview slots or assign interview slots to them.
- Panel Assignment: Assigning the candidates to different panels depending on the slots allocated to them.
- Video Meetings: Scheduling Meetings between Evaluators and Candidates for interviews.
- Candidate Evaluation and Scoring: Evaluators input the scores for each candidate they are interviewing.
- Generate Merit List/Rank List and Place Offer: After the interview, prepare a Merit List of Candidates who are to be “Offered Admission” and Make the Offer Letters accessible to them.
- Enable Offer Acceptance: This allows universities to issue offer letters to students based on their preferences, providing clear visibility of their application status, whether it's Offered, Waitlisted, or Rejected for each preference selected during the application process.

How to set up the Post Application Platform?
To set up the Post Application Platform, you have to proceed as below:
- As a first step, you will land on the Introduction Page.
- After that, you just need to select the Form for which you want to set up the Post Application Platform. Select the same and Get Started!
Please Note:
* If you have only one Application Form, we will auto-fetch the same for you.
* You can set up your Post Application Platform for any form(s) for your Institute. Each process will function independently.
