For organizations that provide scholarships or concessions, we've introduced a new feature that allows students to apply for these benefits during fee payments. This not only reduces the total fee amount but also streamlines the management of fee collections, including tracking discounts and scholarships within Collexo, our Education Payment Cloud.
Alongside our standard telephony, we are introducing Ameyo and Exotel Softphone integration within the Meritto CRM. This feature allows you to make and receive calls directly from listings and profiles with a simple click, removing the need for manual dialing or searching for contacts.
No more switching between apps or missing a beat; instead, enjoy enhanced focus on engaging and converting more prospects. Moreover, all call activities will continue to be automatically logged, providing a comprehensive overview for strategic decision-making.
Fee collection made easier, faster, and more secure – now in NPR currency
Now, organizations can more easily collect fees from students or applicants residing in Nepal with the introduction of the Khalti Payment Gateway. This integration supports the Nepalese Rupee (NPR) and simplifies online transactions, enhancing the convenience for organizations and applicants alike.
This is yet another addition to our wide range of payment gateways, including Paystack, Stripe, CCAvenue, Billdesk, Cashfree, Paytm, PayU, and Razorpay, that equips education organizations to manage education fees in a lot of currencies.

We have enhanced our fee reporting capabilities in Collexo by introducing two new reports for you:
- Fee ledger summary: This report provides a detailed overview of your ledger, categorizing data by fees. You can monitor amounts collected, outstanding balances, and discounts applied, including late fees.
- Fee collection summary: Gain insights into your fee collections categorized by payment type. This report allows you to analyze miscellaneous payments and customize views based on dates to better manage your data.
