Upgrades that give you more Control than ever

Assign leads by workload and availability to keep your Pipeline in Motion

With advanced allocation rules, control how many leads or applications each counselor gets, daily or weekly. You can even set conditions to pause assignments if someone’s already handling too many hot leads.

No more sending every email from the same name. You can now customize the “From” name, like Admissions Office, Student Life, or ABC University Events, based on the purpose of every email you send.

Auto-transfer student documents to your server via SFTP(Secure File Transfer Protocol)

For institutions that maintain a secure, centralized storage system, Meritto now supports SFTP as a download option.
Now, instead of saving student documents (such as ID proofs and transcripts) to your device, you have the option to send them securely to your server in one step.
No more manual transfers or scattered files.

A centralized, rechargeable credit system that powers student engagement across all channels from WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Voice broadcast to advanced automation, and Agentic AI product lines, like Mio AI.

Now, instead of recharging separate credits for each channel, you’ll be able to recharge once, and your account gets credited with METS, a universal unit that you can allocate and reallocate across all channels flexibly, transparently, and on your terms.
