Setting Up Quick Views for Faster Access
Overview
This article will guide you through setting up and using Quick Views on the Meritto mobile app. Quick Views allow you to save frequently used filter combinations as named views on your Lead and Application listing pages, so you can instantly access the records that matter most to you without having to re-apply filters every time. You can also set a default view that loads automatically every time you visit a listing page, making your workflow faster and more focused.
Plan & Permissions
To use Quick Views, you need access to the relevant listing pages. The following permissions are required:
Module | Permission Name | Description |
Leads | Leads Manager > View Leads | Allows you to view the Leads module and configure swipe actions for the Leads listing. |
Applications | Application Manager > View Applications | Allows you to view the Applications module and configure swipe actions for the Applications listing. |

Points to Keep in Mind
- Saved views are available on both the Lead Listing and Application Listing pages only.
- You can set one saved view as your default view per listing page. The default view will be applied automatically every time you visit that listing page.
- Saved views created by other users can be shared with you from the web platform and will be visible to you on both the web platform and the mobile app.
- You cannot share a saved view directly from the mobile app. Sharing is only available on the web platform.
- If a saved view is based on filters that reference data you do not have access to, the results may differ from what the creator of the view sees.
