Sender ID plays a massive role in defining your identity to the targeted audience Sender ID is used to identify who the sender of the SMS is. It represents your brand/institute/company name distinguishing it from a million others.
Landing Page Document and Sender ID (6 alphabets only eg- ADRIET)
Configuration is to be done separately for Promotional, Transactional, and OTP.
Step-1 - Login to Solution Infi Panel

Step- 2 - Document Approval
Go to Manage Items >Manage Documents
Click on +New
After clicking on +New, a pop-up will open to upload the landing page document as given below Screenshot.
Enter the Title as the college Name choose the Landing page document file to upload and click on the save button
Now it will take some time to get approved from Solution Infi(Time depends on the vendor, and generally varies from 30 minutes to 2 hours)
Step-3 - Sender Id Approval
Once the document gets approved, Go to Manage Items >Manage Sender IDs
Click on +New
After clicking on +New, a pop-up will open to add sender id as given in below Screenshot
In Sender ID – Insert the required 6-digit Sender ID.
In Description – Insert the Institute Name.
In Category - Select Education.
In Document - Select the document that is approved for this institute.
Click on save and Now it will take some time to get approved from Solution Infi (30 mins)
The above-mentioned process needs to be repeated for all ( Transactional and promotional and OTP ) sender ID configuration
Only in the case of OTP, we have to get the templates approved
For OTP sender ID configuration: Need to repeat the above process + Template needs to get approved from Solution infi.
Step- 4 - Template approval for OTP
Go to Manage Items >Manage Sender IDs
Now Click on Templates/Eye Icon as given in below Screenshot:
After clicking on the template/Eye Icon, the Manage template page will open.
Now click on +New on the Manage Template Page as given in Screenshot
After clicking on +New, a pop-up will open to add Template content as given in below Screenshot
Now Select Sender id for which template needs to get approved
Add content in template and Save
Now it will take some time to get approved from Solution Infi
Standard Template content is given below:-
Both the above mentioned template content need to be approved separately for a particular Sender id.
Once all the above configurations are approved for Transactional, Promotional, and OTP, an email needs to be sent to the vendor to put the sender id on the open route in the format given below:-
Sample Email Format For Open Route:-
Hi Team,
Please put the "XXXXXX" sender id on the Open route for the account below.
Account: nopaperforms, npfdndscrub
Sample SMS: Account created successfully. Your registered email address is xxxxxx@gmail.com and the password is xxxxxxxx@
I hereby confirm that SMS will be sent only to the registered number.
Now configure the sender ID in institute Configuration separately for Transactional, Promotional and OTP.
API Keys for Institute Configurations:-
Given below are the default generic API keys user for SMS sender ID configurations:
For National Configurations:
Transactional Channel API Key: A3a5d8653026225c3860b59b29a64d7c5

For International SMS Configurations
Login to Solution Infi Global Account with the below URL:-

For Sender Id Approval
Go to Manage Items and select Manage Sender IDs
Click on Create
After clicking on Create, a pop-up will open to add the sender ID as given below Screenshot
In Sender Id – Insert required 6-digit Sender ID.
In Description – Insert Institute Name
Click on save and Now it will take some time to get approved from Solution Infi
For Document Approval:
An Email needs to be sent to Kalerya (Solution Infi Vendor) for the given below IDs mentioning the Sender ID Name and Landing Page document.

Once it gets approved we can go ahead with the configuration on the NPF Panel

Step to Configure sender ID on NPF Panel:-
Go to Institute Configuration > Communication SMS Configuration
Click on Communication SMS Configuration (National)
For Transactional Channels:
Select Vendor: Solution Infi API
Sender ID For National NPFREG: Entre sender ID (example- NPFORM)
Sender ID or National NPFSUB: Entre sender ID (example- NPFORM)
API Key: Entre Transactional API key (A3a5d8653026225c3860b59b29a64d7c5)
For Promotional Channel:
Select SMS API Sender ID: Entre sender ID (example- NPFORM), if there are multiple sender IDs then all sender IDs should be separated with a comma (For Promotional Channel)
Select Vendor: Solution Infi API
API Key: Entre Promotional API key (A179134918abaaff656de811e694a2fe9)
For OTP Sender ID Configurations
Click on Communication OTP SMS Configuration
For National:
Select Vendor: Solution Infi API
Select Sender ID For National OTP: Entre sender ID (example- NPFORM)
API Key: Entre OTP API key (A84c2ea32ac6db8eb0d2b63042a295816)
Similarly, an International sender ID can be configured if required.
