Unsynced Calls Screen in Mobile App

Overview

The Unsynced Calls screen in Meritto’s mobile app displays all call entries that have not yet been synced to the cloud, categorized as:

  • Registered Leads: Call logs of existing leads that are pending synchronization.

  • Unknown Numbers: Call logs of numbers not registered as leads, which will only sync if the number is added as a lead.

This feature helps ensure that call records are synced correctly, allowing you to manually sync registered leads and manage call logs for unknown numbers efficiently.

Core Functionalities

Understanding the Unsynced Calls Screen

The Unsynced Calls screen is divided into two tabs:

  • Registered Leads: Displays unsynced call logs of existing leads.

  • Unknown Numbers: Displays call logs of unregistered leads.

Registered Leads Tab

  • Purpose: Lists all unsynced call logs for registered leads that need to be synced to the cloud.

  • Possible Reasons for Delay:

    • Poor internet connectivity.

    • Large call log file size.

    • Hardware-related performance issues.

Unknown Numbers Tab

  • Purpose: Displays call logs of numbers that are not registered as leads.

  • Sync Limitation: These calls will never sync  to the cloud unless the number is explicitly added as a lead.

Workflow for Registered Leads Tab

  1. Sync Option:

    • Available on the top right of the Registered Leads tab.

    • Tapping on “Sync” manually initiates the syncing process.

  1. Syncing Outcome:

    • Once synced, the call logs will be added to the respective lead’s timeline.

    • Synced call logs are removed from the Unsynced Calls screen.

Workflow for Unknown Numbers Tab

  1. Help Text for First-Time Users:

    • When accessing this tab for the first time, a help text screen is displayed to guide the user.

  2. Call Logs Display:

    • Shows all unsynced call logs from unknown numbers.

    • These call logs remain on the screen unless the number is added as a lead.

  1. Sync Limitation:

    • Call logs under this tab will never sync to the cloud unless manually added as a lead.

Deleting Call Logs

  • Delete Option:

    • A “Delete” icon is available on the top right of the Unknown Numbers tab.

  • Pressing “Delete” triggers a confirmation prompt to delete all call logs in this tab.

Even if call entries are not deleted manually, they will remain on the screen and will not sync to the cloud unless the number is added as a lead.
