The Voice Notes feature in Meritto’s mobile app allows you to create and submit notes effortlessly by recording your voice instead of typing. This enhances productivity by enabling quick note-taking and ensuring that the recorded notes are automatically synchronized across the system.

With this feature, you can record voice notes, listen to them at your convenience, and seamlessly manage lead interactions anytime, anywhere.

Core Functionalities

Adding Voice Notes

The Voice Notes feature is accessible on both the “Add Notes” and “Follow-up” screens. You have the option to either:

• Type a Note or

• Record a Voice Note (but not both simultaneously).

Key Features:

• Dynamic CTA Visibility:
  

• If you start typing in the description box, the "Add Voice Note" button disappears.

• Clearing the description box restores the "Add Voice Note" button.

• Voice Recording Workflow:
  
  

• Tap “Add Voice Note.”

• A pop-up will appear with the recording controls.

• Tap to Start to record and Stop when done.

• Playback the recording and save it by clicking on Confirm.

• The recording stops automatically after 1 minute if not stopped manually.
  

Managing Voice Notes

• Notes Synchronization: Voice Notes are automatically synchronized across all platforms and can be accessed at any time.

• Note Count Update: The total note count is updated system-wide, including:

• Notes Count = Text Notes Count + Voice Notes Count.
