Required Integrations:
Active WhatsApp Business API (WABA) integration.
Access to the RAW Data module.
Permissions Required:
Allow Communication on list(s) – To enable sending messages to contact lists.
Allow Communication on segment(s) – To send messages to contact segments.
Bulk WhatsApp Business – For sending bulk messages to multiple contacts.
Note: Admins can manage these permissions under the User Management section.The feature allows:
Direct Messaging: Send messages to contacts in your RAW Data lists and segments.
Bulk Messaging: Send messages to multiple contacts at once.
Custom Templates: Use pre-approved WhatsApp message templates or create personalized templates.
Performance Tracking: Monitor message delivery and engagement rates.

Select a list or segment.
Click the WhatsApp icon in the action menu.
Choose a template or create a new message.
Select your target audience.
Review and send your message.
