Core Functionalities

Enabling Zing

To enable Zing for your account:

1. Enable Permissions:

• Ensure the Zing View and Zing Edit permissions are enabled.

• Permissions allow you to view and modify notification preferences.

2. Access Zing Menu:

• Once permissions are enabled, the Zing Menu becomes available.

• Click on Zing to open the Zing Listing Page.

• The listing page displays a list of notifications available based on the modules your organization has subscribed to.

Customizing Notifications

Zing allows you to personalize notification preferences to suit individual needs.

Steps to Enable/Disable Notifications:

1. Select the checkbox next to the desired activity.

2. Choose the preferred channel(s):

• Web: Stay updated while working on the Meritto platform.

• Mobile App: Receive notifications on the go.

• Email: Ensure updates reach your inbox.

3. Click Save to activate the selected notifications.

Previewing Notification Content

• Click the Preview button to view the content of the notification.

• Verify the notification format and make adjustments if needed.

Disabling Zing

To disable notifications:

1. Uncheck the checkbox next to the activity.

2. Click Save to disable notifications for that activity.

3. Notifications can be disabled separately for Web and Mobile App.

For Email Notifications:

• Email delivery is pre-configured.

• Sufficient email credits are available to ensure uninterrupted notifications.
