Overview

The Application Funnel Dashlet provides a comprehensive breakdown of total applications received, segregated based on payment status. It further classifies paid applications by payment modes (Online, Offline, and Other) and unpaid applications by payment statusPayment Initiated and Payment Not Initiated.

Core Functionalities

Segregation of Applications

The Application Funnel Dashlet divides applications into:

  • Paid Applications: Categorized by the following payment modes:

    • Online: Payments processed digitally.

    • Offline: Payments completed via offline channels.

    • Other Modes: Any alternative payment methods used.

  • Unpaid Applications: Divided into:

    • Payment Initiated: Applications where the payment process has been started but not completed.

    • Payment Not Initiated: Applications where the payment process has not been started.


Application Form-Wise Analysis

You can conduct a form-wise analysis by selecting the specific application form from the available Filter option located at the top right corner of the dashlet.


Date Range Filter

To analyze data for a specific period:

  • Apply the desired Date Range to filter the data accordingly.

  • View cumulative or time-specific trends to assess application progress over a defined period.

Resetting the Data View

To revert to the original data:

  • Click the Reset button under the Data Range filter to reset applied filters and restore the default view.

Enabling and Managing Application Funnel Dashlet

How to Enable Application Funnel Dashlet

By default, the Application Funnel Dashlet is enabled. If not visible, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin Dashboard:

    • Go to Dashboard > Admin Dashboard using the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. Add the Dashlet:

    • Click on "Add Dashlet".

    • Enable the Application Funnel Dashlet by toggling it ON.

  3. Save View:

    • Click on Save View to apply the changes and make the dashlet visible.

Using Quick Actions in Application Funnel Dashlet

The Application Funnel Dashlet offers 3 Quick Action options:

  1. Apply Date Range:

    • Select a desired date range and click Apply to filter the data accordingly.

  2. Application Form-Wise Filtering:

    • Use the Filter icon to choose a specific application form and view detailed insights.

  3. Download Data:

    • Click on the Download icon to export the data in CSV format for further analysis.

  4. Reset Data:

    • Click on the Reset button under the Data Range filter  to restore the original data view.
