The Lead Funnel Dashlet helps track lead progress through various stages of the admission journey. It highlights key conversion points and provides real-time insights into the enrolment process. The purpose of this Dashlet is to understand the entire journey of the applicant from Registering as a Lead to getting Enrolled.
The Lead Funnel Dashlet displays data in a visual funnel format, providing a snapshot of lead movement across critical stages:
Total Leads: Indicates the number of Verified and Unverified leads generated within the selected period.
Application Started: Reflects the number of leads who have initiated the application form.
Paid Applications: Shows the number of applications where payment has been successfully received.
Application Submitted: Represents the number of applicants who have submitted the application form.
Mid-Payment Scenario: Helps identify cases where payment has been made but the application has not been submitted.Enrolment: refers to the total number of applicants who have been enrolled in your institute. The enrollment count can be based on either the Lead stage or the Application stage. Once the stage is changed the Enrolment status will be updated as Yes and the count will automatically increase in the Funnel.
To view the Lead Funnel Dashlet:
Date Range: Apply a custom date range to filter the data for a specific period.
Download Option: Click on the Download icon next to the Date Range option to download the data in CSV format.
Demo Option: Click on the Play icon for a brief demonstration of the Lead Funnel’s functionality.
Pro Tip: Hover over the graph to view the exact count of leads and applications at different stages.The Lead Funnel Dashlet is enabled by default on the Admin Dashboard. If you do not see it on your dashboard, follow the steps below to enable it:
To enable the Lead Funnel Dashlet:
Navigate to Admin Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard from the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on Admin Dashboard.
Add Dashlet:
Click on Add Dashlet at the top-right corner.
Select Lead Funnel:
Toggle ON (green) to enable the Lead Funnel Dashlet.
Save View:
Click Save View to apply your changes.
