Overview

Meritto's Campaign Name & Campaign Type feature enhances the efficiency of communications by enabling segmentation and tracking. By associating communications with specific campaigns, you can analyze their performance effectively within the system.

Plan & Permissions

  • Available within the communication modules of Lead Manager, Application Manager, Raw Data - List, Raw Data - Segment, and Automation.

  • You must have access to Communication Performance to track campaign details.

Core Functionalities

Purpose of Campaign Name & Type

  • These parameters help in tracking and measuring campaign performance.

  • They are linked with Job IDs and can be reviewed in the Communication Performance section.

  • You can analyze effectiveness based on different campaign strategies.

Where Can You See These Parameters?

  • While sending Emails or SMS through Meritto, you can define Campaign Name and Campaign Type.

  • Fields are available in communication sections of Lead Manager, Application Manager, Raw Data, and Automation modules.

Defining Campaign Name & Type

  • Campaign Name: A free-text field where you can define a unique campaign identifier.

  • Campaign Type: A structured dropdown menu where once a type is added, it remains available for future communications.

Adding Campaign Details to Sent Communications

You can update campaign details for communications already sent:

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Communication Performance.

  2. Locate the Job ID where Campaign Name/Type is missing.

  3. Click Action > Add Campaign Details.

  4. A window  Add Campaign Details will appear where you can enter the missing details.

NotesNote: Additionally you can filter out the data from communication performance basis campaign type and name.
