Admins must activate the Echo feature under Extensions for all packages.
WABA must be configured for the account.
You should have the "Echo" permission enabled to access the feature.
Ensure that an Echo welcome message is added for the account.
Leads must be assigned to you to receive notifications and reply to messages through Echo.
If leads are not assigned,you should have the "Show all leads on Echo" permission to receive and respond to messages.
Sufficient WhatsApp communication credits must be available to ensure uninterrupted messaging.
Ensure the checkbox for viewing and replying to conversations linked to the respective WABA number is enabled.
