The Scoreboard Dashlet provides a comprehensive, bird’s-eye view of the entire admission cycle, consolidating key metrics such as leads, applications (paid and unpaid), queries, emails, SMS, and calls. It enables you to monitor critical data points and identify trends to enhance decision-making.
This Dashlet also offers detailed reports and comparative benchmarking, making it a powerful tool to assess and improve the effectiveness of your admission strategy.
The Scoreboard Dashlet consolidates various metrics that provide a quick overview of your institution’s admission performance. It displays real-time data for key parameters, ensuring that all critical touchpoints in the admission process are tracked efficiently.
The Scoreboard Dashlet includes the following data points:
Total Leads:
Displays the combined count of both Verified and Unverified leads.
Total Paid Applications:
Shows the total number of paid applications.
Breakdown based on mode of payment which includes:
Offline (Cash) Payment
Online Payment
DD/Cheque Payment
Payment made via Vouchers
Total Unpaid Applications:
Displays the number of applications where:
Applicants initiated the payment but did not complete it.
Applicants did not initiate the payment process after completing the form.
Total Queries:
Shows the total number of queries raised by applicants, categorized into:
Opened Queries: Queries yet to be resolved.
Closed Queries: Queries that have been successfully resolved.
In-Progress Queries: Queries that are currently being worked upon.
Communication (Emails & SMS):
Displays the total number of emails and SMS messages sent to applicants.
Comparative Benchmarking:
You can select a base date range and a date range for comparison. As soon as you click on Apply, you get to see the growth trends over the specified period.
Also, you can download the report for various purposes.
Detailed Report:
Clicking on any metric in the Scoreboard redirects you to a detailed page displaying in-depth data for that parameter.
The Scoreboard Dashlet is enabled by default on the Admin Dashboard. If it is not visible, follow the steps below to enable it:
To enable the Scoreboard Dashlet:
Navigate to Admin Dashboard:
Go to Dashboard from the left-hand navigation panel.
Click on Admin Dashboard.
Add Dashlet: Click on Add Dashlet at the top-right corner.
Select Scoreboard Dashlet: Toggle ON (blue color) to enable the Scoreboard Dashlet.
Save View: Click Save View to apply your changes.

Date Range Selection:
Select a custom date range to analyze specific time periods.
Click Apply to filter data for the selected date range.
Download Data:
Click on the Download icon to export data in CSV format.
The exported data can be used for offline analysis and further decision-making.
