Filtering Applicants with Completed Forms and Pending Payments

Filtering Applicants with Completed Forms and Pending Payments

Overview

Imagine a scenario where applicants take the time to fill out their forms, showing clear interest in your institution, but for some reason, they haven’t completed the payments. They may have been interrupted, encountered a technical issue, or inadvertently overlooked the task.

In Meritto, you can easily filter out these applicants—those who have submitted their forms but still have pending payments. This allows you to take timely action, ensuring no potential enrollment slips through the cracks.

Why is this important?

  • Identifying Interested Applicants: These individuals have actively engaged with the application process, indicating a higher likelihood of conversion and making them priority candidates for follow-ups.

  • Enabling Targeted Outreach: Whether through a quick call, an email reminder, or an automated message, you can nudge them toward completing the payment.

  • Minimizing Drop-offs: By addressing potential concerns or technical difficulties, you can help applicants finalize their submissions.

By using this feature, institutions can better manage applications, improve conversion rates, and create a smoother enrollment experience.
