In Meritto, you can easily filter out these applicants—those who have submitted their forms but still have pending payments. This allows you to take timely action, ensuring no potential enrollment slips through the cracks.
Identifying Interested Applicants: These individuals have actively engaged with the application process, indicating a higher likelihood of conversion and making them priority candidates for follow-ups.
Enabling Targeted Outreach: Whether through a quick call, an email reminder, or an automated message, you can nudge them toward completing the payment.
Minimizing Drop-offs: By addressing potential concerns or technical difficulties, you can help applicants finalize their submissions.
By using this feature, institutions can better manage applications, improve conversion rates, and create a smoother enrollment experience.
Navigate to Application Manager:
Go to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Selecting a Form:
Click on the Form Name at the top-left corner of the page, whose applications you want to filter.
Apply Filters:
Click on on the top-right corner of the page and a Filter Applications By form is opened.
Click on Form Status and set the filter to Equals > Complete.
Click the symbol to add another filter and, select Payment Status and set the filter to Equals > Payment Pending.
In addition, you can use multiple quick and advanced filters as per the requirements.

Sort Filtered Data (Optional):
Use the Sort By option at the top right corner of the data table.
Choose Ascending or Descending order based on your preference.
You can use and buttons to take the actions as per your requirements.
