By tracking payment progress, you can easily identify applicants who may need a follow-up, preventing unnecessary delays. Regularly updating this data helps streamline application management, making the entire process more efficient and organized. This guide walks you through the steps to update application data for applicants with pending payments.

Plan & Permissions

  • You must have Edit Application Data permissions to perform this action.

  • Ensure access to the Application Manager module in Meritto.

Step-by-Step Guide to Update Application Data of Payment Pending Applications

Filtering Payment Pending Applications

  1. Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.

  2. Selecting a Form:

    • Click on the Form Name at the top-left corner of the page, whose applications you want to filter. 

  3. Apply Filters:

    • Click on on the top-right corner of the page and a Filter Applications By form will be opened.

    • Click on Payment Status and set the filter to Equals > Payment Pending.

    • The filtered list of applicants with pending payments will be displayed.

Downloading Applicant Data

  1. Click on the Action button above the applicant list.

  2. Select Download Applications to export the data.

  3. A .csv file containing the applicant details will be downloaded to your system.

Updating Applicant Data

  1. Open the downloaded .csv file.

  2. Update the necessary applicant details under the respective columns.

  3. Ensure no mandatory fields are left blank and data is correctly formatted.

Uploading Updated Data

  1. Navigate back to Application Manager > Manage Applications.

  2. Click on Action and select Upload Bulk Offline Applicants.

  3. Upload the updated .csv file.

  4. Review the data and confirm the upload.

Points to Keep in Mind

  • Upload errors? Ensure the file format is .csv and column headers match the system’s format.

  • Data not updating? Verify that all mandatory fields are filled correctly.

  • No applicants appearing in the filtered list? Double-check the applied filters and conditions.
