  • Yes, we can download the offer letter from the Application Manager in bulk. 
  • Use the filter: Payment Status = Payment Approved or Application Approved. 
  • Once filtered, you can download the documents in bulk.

  1. Will a document in test mode be visible on the Applicant Dashboard?
  • No. Only Active documents will be visible on the applicant dashboard.
  1. What permissions are required to download a document from the Application Manager?
  • Ensure you don’t have the Download Acknowledgement Receipt Only restriction and you have the necessary permission to: Allow bulk download of documents.
  1. I used the payment status filter, and the document appears on the dashboard, but I am unable to download it in bulk. Why?
  • If the same document appears on the applicant dashboard due to multiple triggers, bulk downloads will not be allowed. In this case, create separate documents for each trigger.
  1. Can we delete unused document templates?
  • Yes. Any document template with the status Inactive can be deleted.
