How to Download Applicant Documents in Bulk ?

Overview

Applicant documents can be downloaded in bulk based on specific requirements. This allows you to efficiently manage multiple documents under multiple applications and organize applicant information. You can download applicant documents via:

  • Bulk Download: Download all applicant documents at once.

  • Selective Download: Choose specific applicant documents as needed.

This helps streamline application management while ensuring easy access to necessary documents.

Step-by-Step Guide to download applicant documents in bulk

  1. Navigate to Application Manager:

    • Go to Application Manager > Manage Applications.

    • Select the  Forms from which you wish to download documents.

    

  1. Apply Specific Filters:

    •  You can use multiple quick and advanced filters as per the requirements, but you have to use Advanced Filters mandatorily, assuming you wish to download documents of only those applicants whose payments are approved.

    • Click on ,on the top-right corner of the page and a Filter Applications By form is opened. 

    • Now, apply a filter where Payment Status = Payment Approved. Adjust the filter as per your requirement.

  1. Select Applications:

    • You can select single or multiple applications by clicking on the checkbox present to the left of the application.

    • By default, only the applications displayed on the page are selected.

    • To select all applications, click on Select all applications, present at top of the screen.

    • You can also select all the applications by clicking on the checkbox present to the left of the column heading Registered Name.

  2. Download Documents:

    • Click on the Action button, and select Download Documents.

    • A Bulk Download of Applicant Documents form is displayed where you can choose one of the following download options:

      • Application-wise: Documents are grouped by each applicant.

      • Document-wise: Documents are categorized by type.

  • Note: After selecting your preferred download format, you can either opt to download specific documents by enabling the toggle switch next to each document name or choose to download all available documents at once by using the common toggle option labeled “Select All.”

  • A second sidebar will appear, presenting two options for proceeding with the document download:

    • Direct Download – Documents will be available for download directly to your devices via download request page 
    • SFTP Download – Configure SFTP on Meritto to enable secure, automated transfers directly to your server, eliminating the need for manual downloads. Click here to learn how to download documents using SFTP.
  •  After selecting the “Direct Download” option and clicking the “Download” button, a confirmation popup will appear asking if you wish to proceed with the document download. Click “Yes” to continue.
  • Once you click “Yes,” a success message will appear with a hyperlink. Click on the link to be redirected to the “Download Request” page, where you can track the status of your download.



  • Once the download is complete, click on the action button located on the far left. This will display a “Download” button—click it to download the documents to your system.

Points to Keep in Mind

  • What should I do if the download process is interrupted?

    • This may occur due to large file sizes.

    • Click the Restart button to resume the download from where it stopped.
