Permissions: Users must have access to the "Associate Lead" functionality.
Navigate to the Opportunity module.
In the Associate Lead form, enter the lead’s email, mobile number, or name.
If a matching lead is found, click on the displayed lead card to associate it with the opportunity.
Click on the Create Lead button.
Enter the required lead details.
Click Save.
If a lead with the same email or mobile number already exists, the system will prompt you to select the existing lead.
After creating or selecting a lead, complete the opportunity logic fields.
Click Associate.
If an opportunity with the same logic already exists, the system will notify you.
Once confirmed, the lead will be successfully associated with the opportunity.
You can search for leads using email, mobile number, or name.
