How to Customize your Lead Listing View?

The Lead Listing Page is your central hub for managing leads from various origins and traffic channels. This page consolidates all your leads in one place, allowing you to search, filter based on specific conditions, and customize your view.  Customizing your listing page is a game-changer, enabling you to focus on the data that truly matters. In this article, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of optimizing your workflow, making your Lead Manager experience more efficient and productive. 

How to Customize Your Lead Listing View?

  1. Go to Lead Manager and select the  icon.
  • Use the Search Column field on the left-hand side to find a specific column by typing its name.
  • Choose the desired column by either clicking the checkbox or clicking on the column name. The selected column will appear on the right-hand side.
  • Drag and drop the columns on the right-hand side to rearrange their order. These changes will reflect on the listing page, where "Registered Name" remains the default column.
  • Click Apply to save your customized view.
Note: To access lead type (Secondary, Tertiary), or lead stages, you can select the respective columns in the customize column option.

  1. How to check what IP address has been used to import a lead?
    1. Click on the customize column button and type IP address in the Search column field. 
    2. Select IP Address column and it will appear on the right hand side of the menu now.
    3. Save the changes and you can now view the IP address used to import the Lead.

  2. How to filter leads with payment status: approved but lead stage: untouched?
    Click on Advanced Filters and select the following:
    1. Lead Stage>Equals>Untouched and Payment status>Equals>Approved
