In Meritto, the Application Stage helps categorize applicants based on their progress after payment. This allows you to track post-application statuses such as GD-PI Shortlisted, Offered, Merit-x, Enrolled, Withdrawn, etc. By default, the application stage remains untouched unless updated manually.
This guide walks you through changing the application stage via the Application Manager, Application Profile, or Bulk Update.
Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Search for the applicant either by Application No, Email, Mobile, Transaction ID, Voucher Code, Name, or Discount Code.
Click on the action button next to the applicant's details.
Select Change Application Stage from the dropdown.
A Change Application Stage form will appear. In the Change Application Stage form:
Select the required Application Stage from the dropdown.
(Optional) Add a Note and Follow-up Date.
Click Save to update the application stage.
Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Search for the applicant either by Application No, Email, Mobile, Transaction ID, Voucher Code, Name, or Discount Code.
Click on the Registered Name of the applicant to open the Application Details page.
Locate the Application Stage section on the top-right corner of the page and click on it.
A Change Application Stage form will appear. In the Change Application Stage form:
Select the required Application Stage from the dropdown.
(Optional) Add a Note and Follow-up Date.
Click Save to update the application stage.
Note: Only Counselor Managers, Staff, or Admins can perform bulk updates.Navigate to Application Manager > Manage Applications.
Search for the required applicants by selecting the Form Name and applying appropriate filters.
Select Applications:
You can select single or multiple applications by clicking on the checkbox present to the left of the application.
By default, only the applications displayed on the page are selected.
To select all applications, click on Select all applications, present at top of the screen.
You can also select all the applications by clicking on the checkbox present to the left of the column heading Registered Name.
Click the Action dropdown above the applications table and select Change Application Stage.
A Change Application Stage form will appear. In the Change Application Stage form:
Select the required Application Stage from the dropdown.
Select the required Application Sub Stage from the dropdown.
Click Save to update the application stage for the selected applicants.
Bulk update not working? Verify your role permissions. Only Counselor Managers, Staff, or Admins can perform bulk updates.
