Filtering raw data in Meritto helps you efficiently analyze and segment your contact lists. This article guides you through using various filters, including basic search, advanced search, and status-based filtering.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Go to the Manage List in your Meritto dashboard.

  2. Use the search bar to locate specific contacts by name, email ID, or mobile number.

  3. For more refined searches, click on Advanced Search located below the search bar.

  2. Click Search to find the matching records.

Advanced Search allows you to filter contacts based on multiple criteria.

Filtering by "All Criteria"

  • Displays contacts that satisfy all the selected conditions.

  • Example: Searching for contacts with both Mobile Number and State Value will return only those that meet both conditions.

Filtering by "Any Criteria"

  • Displays contacts that satisfy at least one of the selected conditions.

  • Example: Searching for contacts with either a Mobile Number or a State Value will return those that meet either condition.

Filtering Based on Status

You can filter contacts by their registration and verification statuses.

Institute Name Filter

  • Select an Institute Name from the drop-down if multiple lists exist.

Lead Status (Email-Based)

  • Registered – Displays contacts who have registered.

  • Verified – Displays contacts who have verified their email ID.

  • Unverified – Displays contacts who have not verified their email ID.

Lead Status (Mobile-Based)

  • Registered – Displays contacts who have registered.

  • Not Registered – Displays contacts who have not registered yet.
